As foreign tourists, we loved the modern and clean rooms. The comfortable beds and excellent shower in the bathroom were a great bonus. The minibar fridge in the room was a fantastic extra. The friendly and helpful reception staff made our stay even more enjoyable. The fast and reliable wifi signal was a big plus for staying connected during our trip.

Amazing staff, very helpful and friendly. They provided local area tips, map, and recommended ways to get around town. Convenient location, with supermarket, ATMs, bars, and restaurants nearby. it's a short car ride or a pleasant walk to the city center.
The beds were uncomfortable, difficult to get a good night's sleep. the breakfast selection was disappointing, with many foods already empty and not replenished.

I had a pleasant stay at a hotel conveniently located near the central train station. The staff was friendly. On one occasion, I arrived late and they cooked a delicious meal for my family, despite being the only guests. The family room we stayed in was pretty good for the price. I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this part of the city.

It's also conveniently situated not far from the city center and the main attractions of the city. The rooms are modern and recently renovated, with facilities such as a small safe, TV with English channels, and a kettle for making tea and coffee. The staff is very friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. The breakfast buffet offers a good variety of choices, and there is also room service available.
The hotel could improve by providing more amenities in the room, such as tea, coffee, and sugar throughout the entire stay, rather than just on the first day.

Room comfortable, helpful front desk, good breakfast. Off-street parking. Gritty area, but close to interesting neighborhoods. Great free breakfast, clean room. Shopping street and sites within walking distance. Helpful staff, excellent value. Brilliant place to explore Sofia. Presidential suite with good views. Amazing value for money.
